These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the pet939 platform, including all products, features, and services. By registering an account or using any part of pet939, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.

2.2 Jurisdictional Compliance. Users in jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited must not register or use the Platform.
2.3 One Account Per Person. Each User may hold only one Account on pet939. Creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
2.4 Registration Accuracy. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and must update your account details promptly if any information changes. pet939 reserves the right to close accounts registered with false or misleading information.
3.1 Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pet939 login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. pet939 support staff will never ask for your password.
3.2 Unauthorised Access. You must notify pet939 immediately via live chat or email ([email protected]) if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation. pet939 is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
3.3 Account Currency. All Account Balances and transactions on pet939 are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No foreign currency transactions are processed through the Platform.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. pet939 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. Accepted methods are subject to change without prior notice; the current list is displayed in the Cashier section of the Platform at all times.
4.2 Minimum Amounts. The minimum deposit is Rs 200. The minimum withdrawal is Rs 500. These thresholds are subject to change at pet939's discretion.
4.3 Verification for Withdrawals. pet939 reserves the right to require identity verification (KYC) prior to processing any withdrawal. Documents requested may include a valid national identity card (CNIC), proof of registered mobile number, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 days may result in account suspension.
4.4 Processing Times. Withdrawals to verified accounts via JazzCash or Easypaisa are typically processed within 1–6 hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days. These timescales are estimates and not guarantees.
4.5 Transaction Fees. pet939 does not charge platform-side fees on deposits or withdrawals in PKR. Your payment provider may apply its own fees, for which pet939 is not responsible.
4.6 Money Laundering Prevention. Withdrawals are processed only to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. pet939 complies with applicable anti-money laundering procedures and reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any Account.
5.1 General. All Bets placed on the pet939 Platform are subject to these Terms and, where applicable, the specific rules of the relevant game or sport. Game-specific rules are accessible within each product on the Platform.
5.2 Insufficient Funds. Bets may only be placed from available real-money or bonus Balance. Bets that cannot be funded from the Account Balance at the time of placement will be rejected by the Platform.
5.3 Void Bets. pet939 reserves the right to void any Bet placed in error, as a result of a technical fault, on the basis of palpable error in odds or game display, or where suspicious betting activity is identified. In the event of a void, the staked amount is returned to the User's Balance.
5.4 Cricket & PSL Betting. Cricket and PSL markets are subject to the official competition result as declared by the relevant governing body. Bets on suspended, abandoned, or incomplete events will be settled according to pet939's sports settlement rules, which are published in the sportsbook rules section of the Platform.
5.5 Casino Games. All live casino games are operated via certified third-party providers. Outcomes are determined by real-time physical processes (live dealer games) or certified RNG systems (electronic games). Published house edges are indicative and based on theoretical long-run returns; individual session outcomes will vary.
6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers provided by pet939 are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements, which are communicated at the time of the promotion. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum of 10 times before any withdrawal can be processed from the associated Balance.
6.2 One Bonus Per Household. Bonuses are issued on a per-person basis. pet939 reserves the right to restrict bonus eligibility to one per household, IP address, or device where abuse is identified.
6.3 Abuse. pet939 reserves the right to cancel any bonus and void any winnings derived from bonus play where evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, or exploitation of technical errors is identified.

pet939's collection, processing, and storage of personal data is governed by the pet939 Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
10.1 pet939 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Platform provides self-exclusion tools, deposit limits, session time reminders, and cooling-off periods, all accessible from your Account settings without requiring contact with support.

11.2 To the fullest extent permitted by Applicable Laws, pet939 excludes all liability for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.
11.3 pet939's total liability to any User in respect of any claim arising from these Terms or use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the 30-day period preceding the relevant claim.
pet939 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amended Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. Where an amendment materially affects your rights, pet939 will endeavour to provide notice via email or on-Platform notification prior to the change taking effect.
These Terms and any dispute arising from your use of the pet939 Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with all laws applicable in their jurisdiction of residence.
